  • 29 gas wells on oil sands areas -producers (120 wells in area)
  • 31 sections (81,000,000 m2)
  • Surrounding one of Statoil’s areas
  • 296 million STBO in place 1)

Carmangay / Skyway Prospect

  • +7 sections 4480 acres (1814 hectares) oil/gas well drilling and production.
  • 42% working interest first well – 100% on new sections.
  • 1 gas well drilled with success. Another  3 more wells planned on same section with partners.
  • The second well was voided, and resolved to pursue the acquisition of Crown land yielding 100% interest. New sections within the farm in area is therefore terminated

Mega Pyramid (Farm-out opportunity)

  • 30120 acres (12194 hectares). 16000 acres was returned August 2009.
  • Producing well on one section (not acquired).
  • Very close by existing producing wells (gas/oil).
  • Similar characteristics to Questerre areas in British Columbia.
  • Joint Venture possibilities with large companies.
  • Potential for 50-70 wells on lease areas.
